is a hands on team building event that brings groups together for a day of fun, sun and creativity on the beautiful beaches of Portugal.
Teams are tasked with designing and constructing a functional raft using only paper based materials and limited floatation devices. Within a set timeframe, participants must plan, problem solve and work closely together to transform simple materials into a seaworthy creation ready to face the water.
How The Raft Making Challenge Works
The challenge encourages strong communication, leadership and teamwork as colleagues collaborate under pressure and adapt to unexpected obstacles. A friendly competitive element motivates teams to push their creativity and ingenuity while creating trust and cooperation in teams.
